With the development of modern automobile technology and increase the demand of the intelligent and comfortable, auto into the era of multi-functional intelligent. Automobile multifunctional intelligent means more appear throughout the vehicle electric control system and also increase the difficulty for the automotive vehicle development. Facing the increasingly complex vehicle electronic control system, guarantee the stability of vehicle electronic control system of the work is a key problem. Hardware in the loop simulation test technology is through the real car in a virtual environment for vehicle electronic control unit, the simulation environment for testing of the vehicle. So the test can be done with controller development process at the same time, such as test problems can be corrected in time to modify the controller, which means can not only save money but also can save time, and can implement many extreme condition of test. Compared with the traditional test method has greatly improved the test efficiency and reduce the test cost and cycle.This topic in automotive research and development in the process of automobile body electronic control system hardware in the loop simulation test, put forward a complete theoretical system, the test process of developed an efficient vehicle electronic control system of the hardware in the loop simulation test system. The test system with keyless entry and start system and airbag controller as an example, based on dSPACE simulator set up software and hardware test platform; System uses dSPACE model secondary development model, implementation model and the real vehicle performance perfect match; Friendly test management system was developed using ControlDesk software interface, the controller to be measured can not only real-time for manual testing, and using AutomationDesk software developed automated test scripts, automated testing, and convenient to return to repeat test samples. Test system can rapid, accurate, convenient on vehicle electronic control system of comprehensive testing, ensure the car manufacturers in the process of model development to timely discover and solve the problem of electric control system. Therefore, this research is of great significance in the practical application of car development.
