With the development of service-oriented manufacturing,the logistics industry,as a composite service industry that integrates multiple outputs,plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of national economic development,and the logistics industry is the basic industry of national economic development.The coordinated development of the two is related to the sustainable development of the national economy.At present,the development of China’s logistics industry still has problems such as high cost,prominent structural contradictions,and unreasonable allocation of space resources.Under the background of economic globalization and serviceoriented manufacturing,the evolution of China’s logistics space is more complicated.In-depth study of the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution process of manufacturing and logistics industry has important theoretical and practical value for rational allocation of urban logistics resources and coordination of the common development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry.On the basis of studying the related theories of service-oriented manufacturing and logistics space evolution,this paper has carried out in-depth research on the development relationship between manufacturing industry and logistics industry,the evolution and distribution characteristics of regional logistics space,and the spatial synergy of manufacturing industry and logistics industry.This paper mainly contains the following three parts of research work:(1)Analysis of the relationship between manufacturing and logistics industry development based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)Based on the analysis of the relationship between the manufacturing industry and the logistics industry,this paper establishes an evaluation system by selecting reasonable evaluation indicators.Taking Jiangsu Province as an example,the DEA method is used to quantitatively analyze the development relationship between manufacturing and logistics in this paper.(2)Research on spatial logistics evolution and distribution characteristicsThis paper studies the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution process of logistics from the perspective of theoretical research and empirical analysis.The theoretical part redefines the concept and composition of logistics space.The empirical part,by selecting Jiangsu Province as the region,uses the Location Quotient(LQ),Kernel Density Estimation(KDE),Standard Deviation Ellipse(SDE)and other methods to analyze the distribution pattern and evolution process of the overall logistics space in Jiangsu Province,and selects Nanjing,Suzhou,Lianyungang and Nantong as representative cities for comparative analysis.(3)Spatial co-agglomeration analysis of manufacturing and logistics industryThis paper selects the manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises in the above four cities as the object to study the spatial evolution process and spatial co-evolution law of manufacturing and logistics.And it introduces the E-G expansion index to quantitatively analyze the spatial synergy degree and spatial synergy trend of manufacturing and logistics industry in Jiangsu Province.Finally,it analyzes the formation mechanism of the common agglomeration of manufacturing industry and logistics industry from industrial linkage,service-oriented manufacturing,agglomeration effect and guarantee mechanism. |
