Research And Implementation Of Knowledge Mapping Based On Railway Field

As a new research direction in the field of artificial intelligence,knowledge map has many practical functions such as knowledge management and semantic integration.It has received much attention in recent years.At the same time,China’s railway industry has developed rapidly and has continuously achieved brilliant achievements worldwide.Along with the prosperity of the motherland’s railway industry,a large amount of railway knowledge has also been born.These railway knowledge urgently need an effective management method;the integrated management of railway knowledge with knowledge maps is undoubtedly a very good choice at present.Therefore,this thesis studies the construction of the knowledge map of the railway field in the context of the railway field.The research focus of this thesis is on the construction of knowledge maps in the railway field,including the acquisition of railway knowledge,the processing of railway knowledge triads,and the realization of knowledge maps in the railway field.The completed research work is as follows:(1)In the railway knowledge acquisition work,for unstructured data,this thesis explores the use of BiLSTM-CRF model for railway knowledge entity acquisition;for the railway knowledge entity attributes and attribute values hidden in semi-structured text,this thesis constructs a network information wrapper based on Python language is used to obtain the information.Finally,the paper obtains the relationship between railway knowledge entities through the method of dependency parsing.(2)In the processing of railway knowledge triples,this thesis proposes a progressive railway knowledge triplet processing method.This method consists of three methods and progressively: based on the railway knowledge triplet regular expression processing,the railway knowledge triplet similarity processing and the artificial railway knowledge triplet processing.The first method mainly focuses on the attribute triplet obtained by the network information wrapper and performs secondary denoising;the second method enables the railway knowledge triplet to be automatically linked;the third method is used for manual proofreading to ensure the correct rate of the method and improve the quality of the constructed knowledge map.(3)In the realization of the knowledge map of the railway field,this paper uses Protégé to establish and visualize the knowledge map of the railway field.This thesis uses Protégé to define some railway knowledge attributes and relationships,and shows the visualization of the whole and each part of the knowledge map of the railway field.Through the establishment of the knowledge map of the railway field,you can see the connection between railway knowledge,and finally realize the railway knowledge inquiry function.
