Airport capacity is limited by many factors and changes dynamically with uncertainties,resulting in a mismatch in traffic demand and capacity,so traffic congestion and flight delays are becoming more serious.It is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the key technologies of multi-runway airport arrival and departure traffic flow management under uncertain capacity conditions to ensure the stability of air traffic system operation,improve flow management efficiency and reduce flight delay loss.Based on the summary of relevant research results at home and abroad,the thesis focuses on the optimization of multi-runway airport arrival and departure flow based on dynamic capacity,and gives results from the following three aspects:Firstly,aiming at the optimization problem of multi-runway airport arrival and departure flow,the optimization model of the arrival and departure flow based on dynamic programming method is given.Initially,aiming at the minimum total delay loss,considering the random constraints of the departure flight queue and operating conditions,the dynamic and planning method based on the dynamic programming method is established.What's more,by embedding the queue random model,the weather and wind direction uncertainty model in the dynamic programming algorithm,the airport congestion cost is reduced to a large extent,and an approximate optimal strategy is generated.Last but not least,a large airport is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the approach and optimization method based on the runway operation strategy.Secondly,aiming at the problem of multi-runway airport arrival and departure flow optimization,the two-stage stochastic programming method in the field of operations research is used to establish the optimization model of the arrival and departure flow.Considering the departure flight queue and flight delay cost,a two-stage programming method is proposed.The optimization model of the arrival and departure flow optimization method based on a large-scale airport is used to verify the feasibility of the two-stage programming method.Thirdly,from the perspective of tactical traffic management,the problem of optimal scheduling of multi-runway airport arrival and departure flights is studied.First of all,aiming at minimizing flight delays,shortening calculation time and ensuring the effectiveness of decision support tools,considering the impact of departure flights,an optimization model of arrival flight ranking based on alternative routes is established.The concepts of scheduling window and alternative route are defined.The typical daily data of an airport is used to verify the advantage of the model to reduce flight delay.Next in importance,considering thedifference of runway operation categories,the influence of runway correlation on flight sorting is analyzed,and the flight sorting optimization model based on runway operation category is proposed.The improved dynamic programming method is used to optimize the problem of runway flight optimization sequencing,and the rolling planning time window heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model.
