The rapid development of the civil aviation industry has become an important source of power for China's economic growth,but behind the national celebrations,the contradiction between limited service resources and increasing transportation demand and flight traffic has become more prominent.The intensification of contradictions will inevitably lead to a decline in the operational efficiency of air traffic,and the terminal area with the largest amount of traffic is more obvious.Therefore,research on the operational efficiency of the terminal area is gradually being carried out.At present,the assessment of the arrival efficiency of the domestic terminal area is mainly based on the additional arrival time.The evaluation indicators are relatively simple and need to be further enriched.Based on the actual operational data,this paper takes Tianjin Airport as an example to conduct in-depth research.Firstly,the influences of five factors,such as arrival route,length of arrival queue,number of departure flights,model classification and weather,on flight arrival efficiency are analyzed.The results show that the weather and the queue length have a great influence.The number of departure flights and the arrival route are second,and the influence of the model on the arrival efficiency is weak.Secondly,the flight arrival efficiency is evaluated from the three aspects of arrival time,arrival horizontal flight distance and vertical efficiency,and the method of selecting the unimpeded time and the reference distance is proposed.The research results show that the arrival efficiency is quantified from the two aspects of arrival time and horizontal flight distance,and the result is extremely consistent.In addition,the flight level of the flight in the Tianjin airport is 20%-30%,need to be further improved.Finally,in the process of quantifying the efficiency of the arrival,it is found that there are always some flights with a large arrival time and the level flight distance.It is analyzed that the flight has a large negative impact on the efficiency of the arrival,so it will be defined as an abnormal efficiency flight.The abnormal efficiency flight is identified by the box plot,and the random forest algorithm is used to predict the abnormal efficiency flight.In order to break through the existing efficiency indicators that we can only do the post-analysis limitations.Two new indicators for real-time evaluation of the efficiency of the arrival are established around the abnormal efficiency flight: the number of abnormal efficiency flights and the arrival speed,further enriching the efficiency index evaluation system.
