With the rapid development of the domestic civil air transportation market, the inbound and outbound passenger number increases, and the pressure on airport operations increases at the same time.The survey shows, the accuracy of the baggage sorting manually is only 80%in our country, and 21.2% of the surveyed consumers have the experience of lost and damaged flight luggage in aviation. "Consumer complaints information in air transportation" shows the passenger luggage transportation service has become the most dissatisfied part. The baggage transport error has coved the first class in all the complaints about the airport services. In order to provide the passages more convenient and efficient experiences about the inbound and outbound in airport,, Improve the service quality and airport operation efficiency, a reliable and intelligent solution about the baggage sorting problem becomes very necessary and urgent.The baggage sorting system developed in this study, uses RFID technology to record the baggage information, and plays an important role in the whole process, sorts the baggage automatically. In addition, with the function of the RFID technology, we can realized the work of the baggage tracking, check lost, the baggage positing and other aspects, which can replace the manual method of checking the luggage bar code, realize efficiency, accuracy and convenience. And on the other hand, the cost of the equipment based on RFID technology is relatively inexpensive. With the application of the relevant system construction, we can simplify the process of baggage check, reduce the workload and improve the guest satisfaction rate, improve the service quality and enhance brand value.
