| Innovation is the development theme of modern society,and innovation method is a discipline to study the law of innovation.Each industry or field will form a set of methods suitable for its own research and problem solving,such as TRIZ from patent summary,six sigma from enterprise management,extenics for general contradictory problems,etc.All kinds of innovative methods have their own method advantages within a certain range,and can achieve good application effect,but outside the range,the implementation effect of the method will decline,or even can’t be used.If the advantages of some methods are extended to other fields,whether the advantages of multiple methods can be combined to form a more complete innovation method is a hot issue that many scholars have paid attention to and studied in recent years.Element of this paper is the integration of the extenics theory and function analysis of TRIZ method to design an improved function analysis method,this method in establishing TRIZ function analysis method,on the basis of introducing the theory of primitive of the matter-element,yuan,relationships are used to describe the function of the system components,interaction between components,the relationship between components,the implementation of the improved functional analysis methods and processes,and through the case,verify the feasibility of improving function analysis and superiority.Then,on the basis of the improved functional analysis method,a product innovation design method is designed,in which the main value parameters are introduced to simplify the design parameters,and the decision elements of the main value parameters are diverged through divergent analysis to obtain the creative scheme,and the innovative design method is illustrated by a case.The evasion and protection of patents is an important part of the operation and management of intellectual property.TRIZ theory has very mature application experience in the application of patent avoidance,but the application and research of extenics in patent is still in the early stage,so how to introduce extenics into patent innovation and protection design has important research and practical significance.This article will improve function analysis method is applied to the analysis of the productpatent,design the basic improvement function analysis of patent to evade method,the method based on patent infringement judge fully covers the principles and the principle of equivalent principle,from two aspects of tailoring to evade and alternative to evade designed two circumvent the implementation process,introduce the relationship between component functions and the feature of the matter-element avoid process tailoring,and to provide direction for tailoring to problem solving,introduce the function orientation search alternative to evade process,provide operational principle of finding alternative.Finally,the analyzes the two circumvention methods through cases.In terms of patent protection,two protection methods are proposed: one is the self-circumvention of general technology and the method of checkpoint strategy.Second,it designs the collective implementation process of the fence strategy and method of core patents.The method concretizes the self-circumvence,checkpoint strategy and fence strategy of patent protection in TRIZ in the process of strategy implementation,which greatly improves the practical operability of the strategy. |
