With the rapid development of society,more and more science and technology has been transformed into technical achievements.In order to hold the lead in the related fields,the countries in the world pay more and more attention to the protection and development of intellectual property.It’s late that the researches on intellectual property in China.There are many patent barriers in the development of enterprises,which seriously affect the development of our enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to break through the patent barriers.Patent design around is an effective way to break through patent barriers and carry out the strategic layout of the patent.It’s one of the effective ways that the theory of inventive problem solving to innovate.In recent years,more and more researches on patent design around based on TRIZ have been carried out.The main research contents combined with the present condition of patent design around based on TRIZ are as follows.Patent group design around based on TRIZ needs to determine the evasive target.The patent group data is obtained through the analysis of the target technology and searching the patent.The corresponding patent avoidance strategy is determined with the technology maturity mapping.The core patent group is analyzed by the data model diagram of "IPCtechnology-efficiency" to narrow the core patent group.The patent in the scope of the patent is selected as the core patent,which is the same as the focus of the target technology.The target component in the core patent is determined by the scoring method of "component-function",and then the avoidance target of the patent group is determined.Evasion of target components can be combined with the tools of TRIZ after the target component is determined.The use of TRIZ tools firstly needs to analyze the technical system function of the core patent,and then choosing the appropriate TRIZ tool to solve it.The core patent is often not only one.In this paper,the functional analysis of the core patent technical system will be completed with the class components.The function model diagram of the general technical system of the core patent is constructed by the class component,and then getting the function directed graph of the total technical system of the core patent.The components of core patents are layered to determine the action mode of target components.The difficulty of trimming the target components is estimated preliminarily,and evasion path is determined by the cutting strategy of component.The effect can reflect the essential process of work-energy principle realization.In the process of patent evasion,the application of scientific effect can effectively find the available resources of the technical system.The analysis table of flow parameters,effects and components is established by constructing the function model diagram,functional structure diagram and effect chain diagram of the core patents.Determining the input and output flow that needs to be provided through trimming the target components.Searching the principle solution according to the analysis tables and the mapping relationship is established among the flow parameters,the effects and the components,and then designing the evasion scheme.Through the above research,we design a method of patent group design around based on TRIZ.The verification of the design method is also carried out by the example of patent group of horizontal well drilling rig,cotton picker in hand and the multi-color 3D printer.The evasive target of the corresponding instance is determined through the method of patent design around.And the design of a new scheme is carried out with the principle of TRIZ through analyzing the target component,it’s verified that the validity of design method.
