| Distribution,as the last link of power system transmission and distribution,its automation degree directly affects the power supply reliability of power supply enterprises and the quality of customers.After decades of development,distribution automation in developed countries in Europe and the United States has formed a complete set of distribution automation operation system.Their distribution automation system plays an important role in the stable development of society,the economic promotion of enterprises and the living experience of residents.Only in the late 20 th century did China gradually try to implement power distribution automation.The previous power distribution automation construction was affected by factors such as power distribution grid,management thinking,technology and so on,which did not bring into full play the actual effect of automation.Based on the analysis of the budding stage,initial stage and mature experience of distribution network automation development at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea and scheme of distribution network automation construction to adapt to the current social development.Based on the current situation of power distribution network in Shaoguan area,this paper discusses how to carry out reasonable transformation of the existing power distribution network,and proposes that the automation construction of the newly-built power grid should be completed simultaneously.This paper puts forward the overall design ideas and construction objectives for the construction of distribution network automation master station in Shaoguan area,and analyzes the functional requirements to be met by the main station,substation and terminal of distribution network automation.This paper analyzes the requirements of distribution network automation equipment,components and communication,and puts forward the technical requirements to meet the requirements of distribution network automation construction in Shaoguan area.Finally,by analyzing the feedback of the effect in the past two years after the implementation of the power distribution network automation transformation project in Shaoguan city,it can be seen that the automation transformation of the power distribution network will greatly reduce the time spent in line fault finding and isolation,improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network lines,and meet the high reliability requirements of the urban development for power.The research in this paper hopes to promote the practical process of distribution automation construction in our country and has certain guiding significance for the construction of intelligent distribution network. |
