The so-called strong smart grid system is based on a strong grid frame,supported by a communication information platform,and using intelligent control as a means,including power generation,transmission,substation,distribution,electricity use,and dispatch of power systems,covering all voltage levels.Implementation &;Quot;Power flow,information flow,business flow & amp;Quot;It is a modern power grid that is strong,reliable,economically efficient,clean,environmentally friendly,transparent and open,and friendly and interactive.Among them,distribution is one of the links.This link directly connects electricity customers and serves the society.Therefore,this link needs to be based on smart grid system technology,and focuses on the research of customers 'electricity use characteristics and habits to design and provide new products and services.Combined with the display of the distribution network system in Fushun District and the power supply habits of relevant power enterprises,comprehensively examines all data resources that need to be integrated,and focuses on the dispatch and producti on control of the distribution network system.Improve and upgrade the control manag ement ability and level of the power supply system.Through the response characteristics of customers,this paper also designs a special distribution plan,which takes root in reality,so as to bring into play the open and interactive characteristics of intelligent power grid.Based on the actual situation of the design of the intelligent distribution network in Fushun City and the specific characteristics of the power users,a distributi on network scheme suitable for the daily operation of Fushun Power Grid is designed.By analyzing the current situation substation distribution system in the pilot area,it can be seen that the network load adjustment is required for the distribution lines in Fushun and Heping,and the distribution automation coverage rate is extremely low,and the fiber optic laying is too dense.It is necessary to consider the construction of optical fiber channel,municipal road planning and a construction project of net frame.It is found that the main power distribution station,power distribution terminal and power distribution communication in Fushun area have the basic conditions for the construction of intelligent distribution network.The Fushun Peace Variation Network Automation Construction Program covers computer monitoring system,secondary line equipment,DC system,fire alarm system and other application modules,and incorporates PMS2.0 technology to achieve the control and management of the design and configuration of each link of the power plant.Through the results analysis,it was found that after Fushun Peace was incorporated into the smart distribution network technology,its power supply reliability rate,voltage compliance rate,and automation coverage rate all showed an increasing trend,the line loss rate decreased,and the fault identification processing time was controlled within 3 min.The construction of the intelligent distribution network for peaceful transformation is conducive to driving regional economic growth,reducing resource losses,and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction.It has a very important role in promoting the development of Fushun Power Grid.
