In the new situation of reform and opening up,with the rapid growth of the national economy and the rapid increase of energy demand,low-carbon environmental protection has gradually become the fundamental point of market economy development.In recent years,China's electricity shortage has become a prominent problem,which requires further promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction.Government departments are constantly promoting the rapid development of nuclear power,wind power and large-scale hydropower.At the same time,it is necessary to ensure the energy efficiency of power supply grid.Based on the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,the household appliances industry has formed an unprecedented new trend of energy saving and emission reduction,especially in the air conditioning industry,which is constantly updating and moving towards the rapid development of frequency conversion technology.According to incomplete statistics,about half of China's annual energy consumption is driven by motors,of which some high energy-consuming household appliances industries are common,while the total energy consumption of airconditioning compressors accounts for the majority.In this regard,under the vigorous development and promotion trend of frequency conversion air conditioning,it has a very good role in promoting the development of energy conservation and emission reduction work in China,and is conducive to the effective solution of the energy crisis in China,but at the same time,it also brings the problem of low power factor affecting the power grid to be solved urgently,which promotes the research and development of PFC control methods to enhance power factor.This topic is mainly based on the current situation of the development of frequency conversion air-conditioning technology in China and even in the world.Firstly,the frequency conversion technology is briefly described.The current air-conditioning frequency conversion system will be mainly used in frequency conversion control,temperature control,protection control and anti-interference control.The main research content of this project is to analyze the power factor correction technology of frequency conversion air conditioning system,and to discuss and apply APFC,which is a relatively advanced power factor correction technology at present.In this study,boost APFC and pulse control will be the main methods.A partial chopper power factor correction is proposed,that is to say,the circuit delays and chops the voltage to the peak position after the zero point,and then continues to chop after the high peak until the voltage passes through the zero point.According to the experimental study of its control,several classical PFC circuits are analyzed and studied,and the average current method and duty cycle control method are emphatically analyzed.The voltage loop correction analysis is also carried out.Through the application analysis of IR digital chip,the software and hardware circuit design is carried out.The waveform after power factor correction is observed by oscilloscope,and the harmonics are analyzed.It shows that the current harmonics can meet the EMC requirements of the country.The experiment proves that this type of partial chopper PFC can achieve higher PFC control effect,lower power consumption,lower requirements for components,and can properly control the cost and improve the reliability of the system design.
