| China has now entered an aging society,the issue of old age is a widespread concern of China's livelihood issues.With the improvement of China's economic level,the traditional home pension and institutional old-age model is not enough to meet the increasingly diverse spiritual and cultural pursuit of the elderly,how to integrate the elderly into the community,to achieve the old,prepares,but also become a difficult problem affecting the healthy development of China's society.The old Age Activity center is a particularly important link in the old Building security system,is the elderly people to participate in the cultural dissemination and inheritance of the key platform,but also the elderl y continue to learn and exchange places.The Geriatric Activity Centre covers a wide range of activities,teaching,exhibitions,health care and office,effectively taking into account all aspects of the lives of the elderly and greatly enriching the lives of the elderly.However,at present,the construction of geriatric activity centers all over China is mixed,no matter from the number of activity center set and its internal composition content is far from meeting the increasing demand for the use of the elderly.How to build an old age activity center with perfect facilities and excellent service level has become an important research topic in front of us.In this paper,elderly activity centers in Yuexiu district and Tianhe district in Guangzhou are taken as the research object in this paper.In the early stage,mainly for the elderly activity places in these two districts and the activities and hobbies of the elderly,through field visits and questionnaires,combined with the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly,summed up the activities and characteristics of the elderly in the two districts,and then from two districts of the elderly Activity center operating status quo,through the scene photo recording and other means,This paper arranges and analyzes the present situation of the design content of each geriatric activity center,and summarizes its advantages and shortcomings at the present stage.Finally,an appropriate aging design strategy is proposed for the Geriatric Activity Center.There are five chapters in this thesis.The first chapter is the introduction part,first of all,expounds the research background of the topic selection,combs the literature review in this field,summarizes the research goal,content,method and significance,and systematically discusses the related concepts.The second chapter is the research part,starting from the aspects of site selection,functional layout,indoor and outdoor space design and accessibility,this paper introduces t he present situation of the aged Activity Center in two districts of Yuexiu Tianhe,and summarizes the content and behavior characteristics of the elderly activities in two districts from the aspects of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly.The third chapter is the basic situation of the geriatric Activity Center,expounds the social role of the old Age Activity center in the present society,systematically divides the functional part of the Geriatric Activity Center and its spatial organization form,and introduces the excellent cases at home and abroad in detail,and summarizes the excellent design methods of the old age Activity center.The fourth chapter is the aging strategy of the Elderly Activity center,based on the previous data collection and case study,put forward the elderly Activity Center appropriate aging strategy and activities to supplement the content.The fifth chapter is the practical project part,according to my proposed design strategy,carried on the old Age Activity Center Scheme design conception.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it can provide some theoretical reference for the future research of geriatric Activity Center design and other related subjects,and then improve the enthusiasm of the elderly and the efficiency of the use of the Elderly Activity center. |
