| China has now entered the aging stage of population,with the further increase of the number of elderly people,pension issues have become the livelihood of the whole society.With the continuous development of China’s economic,social,the elderly pension demand is also increasing,at present,the development of the nursing home in guangzhou region is slow,the nursing home life atmosphere,supporting services are relatively single,not enough to meet the demand of the elderly diverse psychological and spiritual pursuit,in older people in nursing homes will lower.How to integrate social resources into the nursing home,alleviate the loneliness of the elderly when they live in the nursing home,and provide them with a high quality and vibrant environment for the elderly has become a key problem affecting the development speed of the nursing home.To this,I put forward a new design idea,the nursing home not just live life to the elderly,nursing home should also be old people to continue learning,continue to work,continue to work with social communication,the design idea is through absorbing excellent foreign nursing home design experience and combining with China implements the truth,let the elderly in the nursing home to meet their own psychological spiritual needs,can continue to pursue their own social value,is not irrelevant to the development of the society,so as to improve their willingness to stay in a nursing home,ease the population aging.This paper mainly takes the old people’s homes in Guangzhou urban area as the entry point,discusses and studies the architectural design of the old people’s homes through literature research,investigation and visit,case analysis and other methods,and puts forward the design points of the new stage on the planning and site selection of the old people’s homes,optimization and transformation,and integration of social resources.First of all,the paper expounds the research background of the topic selection,sorts out the domestic and foreign literature research on elderly care neighborhood,summarizes the research content,methods and significance,and explains relevant concepts and theories to provide theoretical basis for the future research.Secondly,on the investigation of the nursing home in guangzhou area,the facilities,site selection,function layout,the optimum design of ageing and the outdoor activities and other aspects,are introduced in yuexiu district of huangpu district,panyu area,zhuhai and nursing home,community endowment of liwan district construction situation,comprehensive service station of yuexiu,liwan district to visit the elderly in the form of questionnaire,interview summed up two old people daily activities content,behavior characteristics and willingness of pension.Then,combined with the problems found in the survey,the paper analyzes the changes of elderly care needs and the development trend of nursing homes,puts forward a new pension model of "elderly + youth + children",and gives the key points of architectural space design of nursing homes from the aspects of planning site selection,optimization and transformation,sharing design,medical treatment and epidemic prevention.Finally,some of the design points are applied to the renovation of a pension industry project in Guangzhou,and the design points are verified from the aspects of positioning optimization,plane layout optimization,elevation design and architectural details optimization of the project.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it can provide some theoretical reference for the future research on nursing home design and other related topics,so as to improve the occupancy rate of nursing home and accelerate the development speed of old-age care model in Guangzhou. |
