A Preliminary Study On The Design Of The Elderly Activity Center In The Background Of Deep Aging

China is the most populous country in the world,and is facing severe pension problems.Pension is a comprehensive project involving national development,social security,medical support,living and other aspects.It needs a considerable amount and scale of supporting construction,of which the elderly activity center is an important component.At present,the domestic research on the elderly residence and the old apartment is relatively mature,and the research on the active center of the elderly is not enough,and some aspects are still in the blank stage.And as more and more people are aging,many new models of public activities are brought to the elderly,and the existing elderly activities center or public support has been unable to meet the following needs.Therefore,the new age activities center has been explored.This paper analyzes the main problems of the public activities of the elderly and the elderly under the background of deep aging,starting with the increase in the number of elderly population,the delamination of the elderly population,and the gradual diversification of the needs of the public activities of the elderly,and tries to improve the adaptability of the center space of the aged activities through the building volume.Several aspects of building space and building function are summarized,and a set of design scheme for the elderly activity center,which is suitable for the elderly people’s public activities under the background of deep aging,is proposed,in order to make valuable reference to the development and reform of the pension industry in the future.The author mainly discusses the whole design from the following directions.First,the aging trend is becoming more and more severe.The author briefly analyzes the situation of aging in China,including the relevant background of aging and the corresponding pension policy in China.Through the relevant data,the needs of the public activities of the elderly can not be fully satisfied under the background of deepaging.Three aspects of spatial adaptability of elderly activity centers are proposed,namely,the growth of buildings,the sequence and orientation of space,and the inactivity of the elderly.Finally,from the above conclusion,this paper explores the scheme design of the elderly activity center of Luzhou’s old Li Yuan community,and summarizes the form and development of the elderly activity center under the background of deep aging.
