In the background of user experience economy and automotive technology tend to be homogeneous,Intelligent Connected Vehicle Automotive technology continues to develop.Automotive HMI products satisfied with target users has been an important way to get customers.In the existing process development of automotive HMI products,user participation is low,test evaluation method is not objective enough.So,this paper studies from the following four aspects.According to the type of stimulus that people can perceive,described and classified the perceptible features of HMI products;Foucing on the different perceptible features,proposed the different perceptible channels in the process of human operate HMI products,and enjoyment based on the stimulus from different perceptible channels;According to the human distributed cognitive model and James-Lange theory,proposed HMI products human machine interaction – user experience enjoyment maching model,and analysised the key factors which could have influence on user experience enjoyment.Focusing on the deficiencies and needs of existing human machine interaction user experience test and evaluation,proposed a test and evaluation method of human machine interaction user experience based on subjective and objective data.Take the products target user as the object,while creating the user experience real situation,reducing interference,to get subjective and objective evaluation data as evaluation basis by different test tools.The target user's feature is as filter rule to select the target user.The feasible technology of user experience scenarios is put forward for physical products and virtual products.From the point of view of the user's cognitive evaluation of products and current status of research on measurement and evaluation technology of physiological reaction,the combination of the subjective and objective test and data processing technology are introduced in detail.Taking CA-link and Carlife as the test materials,to carry out the Intelligent Connected Vehicle HMI products test based on user experience.The results are recognized by enterprises,and the method is proved to be effective.Established a test data model using backpropagation neural networks,to predict satisfaction when user using automotive human machine interaction products.
