| In the era of rapid development of urbanization and rail transit,what is the relationship between rail transit and the development of urban form? How to evaluate the coordination of a regional rail transit and urban form has become a subject worthy of study.This thesis uses quantitative analysis and GIS image analysis to analyze the correlation between rail transit and urban form.Attempts to establish a comprehensive evaluation factor system for rail transit and urban form development provides a more specific means for studying the coordination problem between rail transit and cities for the TOD model.This thesis firstly combs and summarizes the literature related to rail transit and urban form,and discusses the areas of concern,research methods and quantitative methods of the two.Then it studies the development history of Kunming’s urban form,compares and analyzes the construction and evolution of Kunming’s rail transit between 2012 and 2018,and explores the current situation between rail transit and urban form.Then,based on the actual situation in Kunming,the land use,urban spatial structure and urban development axis are analyzed in detail,and the coordinated development of rail transit and urban form is demonstrated.With reference to domestic and international cases,on the basis of summarizing experience,it provides research directions for analysis.Then,taking Kunming City as an example,using the urban expansion speed,urban expansion intensity and coordination comprehensive evaluation model,the method of combining qualitative and quantitative measurement of rail transit and urban form is deeply analyzed.Finally,the conclusions of the study are summarized,and the planning suggestions and strategies suitable for Kunming cities are proposed.Through research,we find that the influence of Kunming track network and orbital sites on land use is different;the development axis of Kunming city is developing along the track network;Kunming is in the stage of rapid urban development,and the coordinated development of rail transit and urban form is important.Significance;the coordination of Kunming’s rail transit and urban form is increasing year by year.We should fully consider the coordination of rail transit and urban form in the planning,improve the urban planning based on the TOD model,and promote the rational development of the city. |
