Research On The Quality Control Of The Landscape Engineering Construction

There are three major control objectives,containing quality,schedule and cost,in which quality control is important.The reason is that quality will directly affect the construction results and the achievement of the project construction goal.For construction enterprises,quality is the core-competitiveness during the market competition.Quality control is crucial during engineering construction.If it can’t be controlled effectively,quality accidents may occur,which is related to the economic benefits and survive.Therefore,the quality control of the landscape engineering,especially for the construction aspect,is considered to be outstanding.It must be given sufficient attention.In this work,the quality control of the landscape construction has been studied,such as landscape architecture,plant landscape,sketch landscape and garden road landscape.According to the relevant theories,the quality control is carried out in the construction stage,including project management,engineering management and garden construction.The affecting five factors on quality are analyzed,and the relationship between quality factors and the control of landscape engineering is expounded.The methods of quality control and preventive measures are also discussed.Based on the practical study on the Huamiao Square in Danfeng County in Shanxi Province,the conclusions are as follow:1.The terrain of the topographical landscape should be processed by a large sample and smoothly connected by the secondary environment.The design intention of the terrain treatment should be ensured via the accurate measurement.The sample topography is treated at a thickness of 30 cm per laminate.After the approval,the terrain operation visualization technology is achieved.2.The foundation and basic works in the garden building must be well handled to not produce the settlement.Otherwise,it will bring quality hazards to the project.For the lime soil cushion,it must be mixed and stratified as required.The dimensional deviation of the key control structure during the construction phase ensures that the elevation and axis meet the design requirements,and the structural deviation will affect the subsequent construction,such as the installation of the door and window,the floor tiling and the ceiling,and so on.The appearance and size of entry materials should be inspected.The inspections must be sent to a qualified laboratory for testing,such as steel and cement.Finally,inspection and acceptance must be supplied.3.The plant landscape should be strictly checked for the quality of the seedlings,including the diameter,the branch point,the crown shape,the size of the soil ball and with orwithout pests and diseases.The time should not exceed 24 hours from the excavation to the completion of planting.It is the most important to improve the survival rate of seedlings.After planting,the product should be protected in time.Appropriate trimming and shaping can reduce water transpiration.The shade line should be used when the temperature is high in summer.Tree trunks are wrapped around the grass to keep the cold in winter,and the big trees do the drainage and ventilation of the roots to avoid damage of the roots.Once the planting is finished,conservation and prevention work are important.4.The essay project must classify the landscape pieces according to their material properties and structural composition.If it belongs to the type of civil engineering project,it will be organized according to the process and norms of civil engineering.If it is metal,wood,plastic,new materials and so on,it is best to adopt prefabricated processing or purchase finished products,which can effectively control the quality.The key control in the construction process is the installation quality and finished product protection.5.The foundation bearing capacity of the park road landscape project must meet the design requirements.The paving plan should be confirmed,mainly to determine the arrangement of bricks,staggered seams,slopes,etc.,and make a good example of permeable brick construction.After confirmation,the construction will be carried out in a large area.Before the construction,the control line and the elevation control pile are bounced to ensure that the seam is straight and the surface is flat.Before the construction,the test will be carried out,and the design will be completed once it has been confirmed by the designers,construction parties and supervision parties.
