In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, people’s requirement for living environment has increasingly improved. Since the third Plenary Session of 18th, the promotion of ecological civilization has made the landscape architecture industry vigorously develop. However, due to the irregularity of the landscape design and construction enterprises, especially the technique and management level of construction enterprises which fail to keeping pace with development of times, most of the landscape cannot reach the ideal result. And scientific quality control theory plays a vital role in the production of an excellent landscape. In view of the importance and complexity of engineering quality control, scholars both at home and abroad have discussed a lot from different aspects, but they seldom focus on the combination of PDCA(P is Plan, D is Do, C is Check, A is Action) cycle and landscape engineering quality control.The present paper established a construction quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle, through taking PDCA cycle theory as the theoretical base, studying and analyzing literatures related to engineering quality control at home and abroad, and adopting of case analysis method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), comprehensive analysis and literature review. Taking Yuelu Experimental primary school in Changsha as the subject, the paper studied the quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle and have reached the following results:Based on the review of theory of engineering quality control and landscape engineering-related concepts at home and abroad, the PDCA was elicited. By observing the construction process of landscape engineering, the author found that the whole process could be regarded as a process of the PDCA cycle, and that the nature of PDCA cycle quality control was a kind of enterprise management mode of production while the construction of landscape engineering was characterized with enterprise attribute. Each department of the company ran a small PDCA cycle while the major corporation ran a large PDCA cycle. The bigger one drove the minor until the final goal was achieved. As the general mode of management, PDCA cycle had something in common with landscape engineering quality control.Leading the PDCA cycle into landscape engineering quality control, and a construction quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle was established and its feasibility was demonstrated as well. According to the time of each stage in the construction process, landscape engineering quality control can be divided into three stages:construction preparation control; construction process control and completed acceptance control. In line with the three stages, the quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle was established:P system-quality control of preparation stage before construction, D system - quality control of the process of landscape construction, C system-quality control of completed acceptance stage and A system-quality summary and correction system.Adopting the PDCA cycle-based quality control system of landscape engineering to Yuelu Experimental primary school in Changsha, effect evaluation was completed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The landscape engineering of Yuelu Experimental primary school in Changsha was divided into 3 sub-projects and 17 subsections. Firstly, the author used AHP and contrast among experts’grading to form a judgment matrix step by step. Then the influence weight of each partial section on the quality of Yuelu Experimental primary school in Changsha was obtained through calculation and analysis. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to judge the estimation scale of each factor and quality level of engineering. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the degree of membership of each level-excellent, good, moderate, bad and poor, were 92%,8%,0%,0% and 0% respectively. The final quality evaluation of the whole project S=92>90, which showed that the quality of the engineering was excellent.The current paper combined the PDCA cycle of quality control of landscape engineering construction and established a quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle. Results showed that adopting the quality control system of landscape engineering based on PDCA cycle was feasible and practical, and had reference value for the improvement of quality control of enterprises and the same type of landscape engineering construction project. Meanwhile, applying AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluation of landscape engineering has enriched evaluation method of project.
