Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)has the advantages of excellent soft tissue resolution and imaging at any level.It is widely used in disease-assisted diagnosis,monitoring and surgical navigation.Meanwhile,the quality inspection of magnetic resonance imaging performance parameters has a serious impact on the reliability of image quality and diagnostic results.Therefore,China's relevant standards stipulate that quality control institutions in various regions must regularly perform quality inspection on MRI equipment.The process of scanning the phantom detection tool using the MRI device under test and performing parameter calculation on the obtained magnetic resonance image is the key content of quality inspection.Traditional quality inspection process is subjective and inefficient because it mainly depends on manual calculation and visual observation.In addition,the original phantom image,the phantom image with the measurement trace and the calculation results of performance parameters are mainly saved by film and paper reports,which leads to high storage costs and inconvenient traceability.Furthermore,the scheme of quality inspection of MRI equipment based on MATLAB platform is difficult to popularize and implement.Considering the existing problems and the requirements of quality control institutions,we adopted C++ language to calculate the performance parameters automatically and overcome subjectivity.During this process,the MRI quality inspection standard and SMR170 phantom were used combining the MATLAB algorithm of our research group.As a result,the detection efficiency and reliability of quality inspection results were both significantly improved.In addition,MRI equipment quality inspection system was developed using SQLITE database based on QT platform.Quality inspection images,system reports and related detection information were digitally stored,and the basic information of large-scale medical device(such as MRI)was maintained,which lowered the cost and facilitated later application.The system realized business functions of different characters involved taking into account the actual quality inspection workflow.Users have different features corresponding to their own characters and the features were managed by the system uniformly,which facilitated the adjustment of character business according to the industry trends and changing demands.In order to verify the system's functions,31 sets of phantom MRI images were used to test the system software on computers with different Windows versions.The automatically calculated parameters were compared with the calculation results by professional quality inspection engineers,and the intra-class correlation efficient(ICC)analysis was performed.The results showed that the low contrast resolution parameters were completely the same and the uniformity parameters were similar,but the ICC value was slightly lower due to the small variation range of the uniformity parameter.The ICC values of the five other quality inspection performance parameters,such as signal-noise ratio and spatial linearity,were greater than 0.75,which indicated the excellent consistency between the two methods.At the same time,all the functions of the system software ran normally,exhibiting good system compatibility and fast transaction processing ability.It has the advantages of objectivity and reliability,high efficiency and convenience,friendly interface and simple operation,which can meet the actual requirements of quality control test of magnetic resonance equipment.
