At present,the development of new energy vehicle technology,shared automobile technology and vehicle networking technology are fierce,which brings more convenience and experience to people's travel,but also brings challenges to line safety and management.Self-diagnosis and real-time monitoring of its location,fault and status information have become an important development direction of Internet travel.This paper adopts the mode of "smart terminal + Windows client + remote server",and designs a data acquisition and remote monitoring system,which effectively realizes the collection,analysis,diagnosis and real-time monitoring of vehicle data.First,a data acquisition software was designed based on the Android smartphone.With the aid of WiFi communication,the connection between the mobile phone and the vehicle-mounted terminal is established,and the wireless data acquisition of the vehicle is realized.Real-time acquisition of vehicle position information is completed by using the GPS module and the Gaode Map SDK.Secondly,the research on the CAN protocol DBC file is carried out.Based on this,CAN parsing software is developed based on Windows.By analyzing the relationship between Node,Message and Signal,the editing and parsing of DBC protocol is realized.The analytic function of the information frame to the signal is defined according to the protocol specification.The various schemes of graph drawing under WPF are analyzed,and a dynamic curve updating method is finally developed.Third,under the Alibaba Cloud server,a remote monitoring system was developed based on the SSM framework.By loading the Gaode map API and combining the data uploaded by the mobile phone,the real-time tracking and track playback of the car is realized.With JustGage,the dynamic update of the virtual instrument is completed.The driving data was analyzed using Highcharts.The redesign of the map module interface was completed with the help of the custom map function provided by the Gaode map.Finally,through the simulation and real vehicle test,the functional modules of the data acquisition and remote monitoring system are verified.Through comparative analysis,the effectiveness and accuracy of the data acquisition system and the real-time performance of the remote monitoring system are verified.
