The Research Urban-village Renewal Under The Perspective Of Historical And Cultural Characteristics

In the process of rapid urbanization in China,the research on urban-village renewal have also experienced a lot of attempts and exploration.Although scholars in different fields have different research perspectives for the urban-village renewal,the ultimate research purpose that in order to achieve the urban-village organic update and promote the city's overall healthy development is coincident.However,the the attitude to urban-village renewal on the historical and cultural features are unsatisfactory,which doesn't play a positive role on continue it's historical characteristics and make city characteristics.These attitudes lead to urban features' s demise or stereotype.So the historical and cultural features have very important significance which is conducive to urban-village renewal and city overall development.This paper from the perspective of historical and cultural characteristics,First of all,through analysis the existing problems which about historical and cultural characteristics in urban-village renewal,and combined with its connotative meaning,to explain its important strategic significance.Secondly,through analysis the typical case of the urban-village renewal,and summary of the relevant reconstruction experience lesson about historical and cultural characteristics.Finally,through the practice research in Three Hills and Five Gardens Region,summarize some basic principles and strategies about urban-village renewal,which in order to provide some guidance and reference in the future.
