Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Management System For Vanke City Garden

With the development of Internet technology,the development of real estate industry and people's demand for high quality living services,the construction of intelligent community has received more and more attention in recent years.At present,energy consumption is one of the key problems that restrict the development of small areas.This is because with the increasing size of small areas and data,energy consumption has also increased,accounting for almost most of the energy expenditure,and even energy consumption has been wasted.Therefore,The demand of energy saving and consumption reduction has prompted people to request the construction of smart communities.At the same time,energy saving and consumption reduction is also one of the goals of smart communities construction.More importantly,the residential community's demand for a safer,more comfortable and serviced living environment also prompted the community to develop and innovate new intelligent services.At present,the construction of intelligent community in our country is still based on property management,but these communities can only be said to be "virtual",only the security system functions,and does not achieve the goal of green environmental protection construction.Building a green,energy-efficient and safe smart neighborhood is of great significance to the development of the current community,especially as the size of the community increases and the number increases,the green smart neighborhood is more in line with the current market and consumer needs.Therefore,Based on Vanke City Garden,this paper designs a set of Vanke City Garden Intelligent Community Management System.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the research background,the research situation and development of domestic and foreign intelligent communities,and the organizational structure of this article.The second part mainly discusses the relevant technologies and concepts of intelligent communities.The third part is the system requirement analysis,which mainly analyzes the construction requirements,function requirements,performance requirements,data flow diagram,system feasibility and so on.The fourth part is the system design.It mainly discusses the overall design of the system,the detailed design of the system,the database design,etc..Among them,the detailed design of the system is the design of the lighting system,energy consumption analysis,public security,information services,andsystem management modules.The fifth part is the system implementation and testing,combined with the actual situation of Vanke City Garden,the green intelligent community management system was field tested,and the relevant data were recorded in detail.
