Research On The Application Of Internet Of Things Technology In Intelligent Residence Community

With the development of Internet of Things(IOT), intelligent residential communityushered in a new development opportunity. Intelligent residential community combining withtechnology of IOT can enhance its own capabilities, and become a node of the smart city. Thepaper researches the IOT for intelligent residential community，the information of IntelligentSystem is collected on the IOT platform to achieve a higher level of management andinformation sharing.First of all, against the status of intelligent residential community at home and abroadand the development of the technology of IOT, analyses the necessity and importance of theapplications of IOT technology in the residential community.Second, analyses the needs of the intelligent residential community using the IOT bystudying the IOT technology and its applications. Based on the Feeling platform of Internet ofThings, studies the access methods of security system, parking management systems, elevatorremote monitoring and management system to Internet of Things, and makes fire-fightingsystem access to the Internet of Things platform as an example, verifies the access method ofintelligent system to the Internet of Things.Finally, summarise the work, and put forward the direction of further improve.The study expands the connotation of the intelligent residential community, raises thelevel of intelligence of residential community, and has practical value for the "Smart Park"and"Smart City ".
