There are many different designs of intelligent community in the market. Byresearch, the existing intelligent community management usually uses the bus system toachieve the sensor network communication. Software architecture also are main of client/server (C/S). Such systems are usually designed complex, more requirements on siteand difficult to popularity. Use of Software is highly targeted. If users are not trained, it isdifferent for them to use the software.To these shortcomings, the paper based on a three-tier architecture of the Internet ofThings designed Smart Community Environment Monitoring System. Sensing layer isusing the ZigBee short-range wireless transmission technology to achieve the sensornetwork communication. The sensing layer application is developed based on Z-Stack ofZigBee protocol stack. The design of application layer is based on browser/server (B/S)architecture and ASP.NET dynamic web programming techniques to build applicationsand server. The design of business center as the background support is the core module ofthe project. Network layer solved seamless connection problems between Internet-basedapplication layer and serial communication based sensing layer heterogeneous network.Socket technology achieves web pages to network layer data transfer and business centerto network layer data transfer. Relying on these technical architecture, This topic researchachievements have:1. Based on Internet of Things three-tier structure, it makes requirements analysisabout environmental monitoring intelligence community. Solutions to five basicmonitoring community problems are given. It is designed to monitor noise, air qualitymonitoring, smart green irrigation and illegal parking monitor five subsystems.2. According to requirements analysis of system. The paper completed programmingand debugging work of the sensing layer, Selection of the network layer intelligentgateway and communications environment configuration and the programming of theWeb page interactions in the application layer.3. Because Web pages have a relatively short life cycle, it was designed as the coreof a business center backend server system, to achieve the network layer and applicationlayer traffic.
