With the development of the times,the new things of the society generally have the characteristics of the times.In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of science and technology,"intellectualization" appears slowly in people's lives,such as engineering machinery,communication equipments,and even in residential buildings.“Intelligent” residences are constantly improving as a new concept and are slowly being understood and needed.Households aspire to more comfortable and convenient living conditions.This paper studies and designs a scheme of intelligent community based on the Internet of things.According to the development status of intelligent community at home and abroad,a scheme of intelligent community named RANIS,which is based on Internet of Things,is put forward.The system architecture of RANIS is a "heterogeneous network" architecture similar to the architecture of Internet of Things,which interconnects different subsystems to meet the needs of users.Two systems in intelligent community are designed in detail.The home wireless fire alarm system consists of DS18B20 temperature sensor,MQ-2 smoke sensor and STC89C52 single chip computer.The traditional fire alarm method is compared.The BP neural network is used to predict the disaster situation and the Zigbee wireless network is established by CC2530 chip to transmit information.According to the advantages and disadvantages of various vehicle detection methods,the induction coil is used to detect the entrance and exit of intelligent parking lot and the ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the parking space.When a vehicle enters a parking lot,it calculates the optimal parking space according to the Dijkstra guidance algorithm and makes the shortest path planning to guide the vehicle into the corresponding parking space.Aiming at the demand of resident and property managers for intelligent community,an intelligent community management platform is designed.Residents can handle related business on the platform,and residential managers can also monitor the operation of the community in real time.Figure 23;Table 5;Reference 52.
