The Measures To Strengthen The Cost Control Of Construction Projects In A Compnay Are Strengthened Under The List Pricing Standard

List valuation model is adopted at present stage is more a way of valuation,the valuation method compared with traditional quota valuation methods are quite different,although the valuation for the construction enterprise and construction unit,means that is likely to take on more risk,but not only because of this to control the cost in the process of construction,ignore other parts.The longer period is the characteristic of the construction project,the construction unit should take the corresponding cost control and management strategy according to the different stages and problems in the construction if it is to gain long-term benefit.In this paper,the cost control of construction project is discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,the research background and significance of this paper are elaborated,and the whole idea and research method of the whole thesis are also elaborated.The second part is a general overview of the related content,mainly includes the overview of bill of quantities pricing mode,explained the concept of the quantities bill valuation,the characteristics of the quantities bill valuation,and the 2013 version of the list valuation standard overview and summary of construction project cost management.The third part analyzes the cost control of construction project under the inventory valuation standard in 2013,and points out the problems in organization management,technology,economy and contract management.The fourth part is on the 2013 list valuation standard of construction project cost control strategy,starting from the two aspects,one is from organization measures,technical measures,economic measures to make improvements,contract measures these aspects,the second is the implementation of the construction project cost control measures,at the same time set up all-around cost management consciousness,establish and make improvement on cost management responsibility system,the whole process cost management,strengthen the key link of cost management.The fifth part is the case analysis,taking the construction company S company as the research object,and taking one project as an example to combine the analysis mentioned in the previous article.In the last part of this paper,we summarize the contents of this paper and make a prospect on the related topics.
