However, the enterprise quoted price’s notonly relates the possibility which is selected, also relates the rationalitythe quoted price. Therefore, the construction enterprise must considerfully own condition， project’ characteristic and the information ofcompetitors, establishing a model which can judge the Sector of theproject cost and quota price level. Only then enterprises can already notwaste the resources to quote price blindly, also can increase thepossibility of winning a bid, therefore they can standing on buildingindustry between which the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.This article analyzed our country’s construction profession list valuation tendency and the existence question, proposed that theconstruction enterprise must establish own enterprise quota andformulate a model which can judge quota price level according with ourenterprise characteristic. The research of quota price level have veryheavy significance to recognize the construction cost of the planning bidproject, to choice a reasonable Profit, to enhances the rate of winning abid. |
