| With the continuous progress of society and the development of medical technology,people’s living standards have improved,and their concern for their own health has gradually increased.At the same time,China is showing an aging trend,and the demand for medical care is increasing year by year.In medical buildings,the inpatient area accounts for the largest proportion of the seven housing indicators in general hospitals,and it is an important part of hospital buildings.In the development of cities,due to various factors,the density of cities is increasing,and medical buildings are gradually showing a trend of "integration".The function of medical complex building is complex,and the design of hospitalization area is one of the key points.Firstly,based on the research background of Shenzhen large-scale general hospital,this paper conducts on-the-spot investigation on the inpatient areas of many medical complex buildings,and summarizes and analyses the problems in the inpatient areas of built medical complex buildings.Secondly,the design strategy of the inpatient area of the medical complex building is put forward and verified in the design practice.This paper mainly divides the research into the following parts:The first part(Chapter 1): Introduction,elaborates the research background and purpose and significance,clarifies the research object,briefly introduces the research status at home and abroad,and determines the research content,methods and framework.The second part(Chapter 2 and Chapter 3): Through many field investigations on nine inpatient areas of medical complex buildings in Shenzhen’s large-scale general hospitals,this paper analyses their functions and streamlines,and summarizes the shortcomings in the completed cases.The third part(Chapter 4 and Chapter 5): Based on the investigation and literature research,this paper puts forward design strategies for the hospitalization design of the comprehensive medical building in the aspects of the relationship between the hospitalization area and other functions,the organization of the horizontal nursing unit in the hospitalization area,the vertical traffic design in the hospitalization area,the design of the nursing unit,the design of the public space and the design of sexual facilities,and through the design practice in which the author participates.The proposed strategy is validated by design.The fouth part(Chapters 6 and 7): Prospects and summaries of future diagnosis and treatment modes and intelligent hospitals. |
