With the constantly development of rural economy,sightseeing agriculture and rural tourism have attracted widespread attention.The Nineteenth Congress clearly pointed out that China must implement the strategy of promoting rural development and promote rural economic development.The purpose of this research project is to plan farmland in Ping an village and surrounding areas to improve the local ecological environment and improve the new image of urban and rural co-ordination.This article collates the research of agricultural tourism parks,sums up the types and functions of tourism parks,and analyzes the problems and landscape planning methods in the planning and construction of agricultural sightseeing parks in China.Through the survey of the five major cases and concepts of Yancheng Wuyou eco-efficient agriculture demonstration park,Fengxian hangzhou bay agricultural tourism park,Nanjing Lukou aviation agriculture park,Beidaihe ecological agriculture demonstration tour park,Anhui Fuyang eco-agriculture tourism park,to summarized the successful experiences and advantages.The agricultural tourism park should take the development of local industry as the core,dig out the ecological value.Create unique agricultural landscapes to showcase local characteristics.Based on the detailed investigation of the planning background,base condition,natural resources,cultural resources and industrial structure,this paper determined that the planning concept of the agricultural park is industrial Association,Sightseeing Agriculture '' and follow the principles of development,ecology,landscape diversity and local conditions.With respect of the site conditions,combined with regional tourism resources,industrial resources,and traffic conditions,planning and forming a "one heart,one line,six zones" spatial pattern.There are six districts in the park planning: entry show area,comprehensive service area,sightseeing area,waterfront experience area,characteristic agricultural tourism area,high-efficiency industry demonstration area.The function of the entrance display area is to display the park culture;The comprehensive service area is an extension of the function of the entrance display area,which is designed to provide various services for park visitors.The sightseeing area is located in the core location of the park,including ecotourism,sightseeing,outdoor fitness activities,etc.Water system in waterfront experience area is man-made water system,hydrophilic variety,function is located in all areas of linkage,enhance landscape effect and ecological benefit;The special agricultural tourism area covers a relatively large area,mainly to display special agricultural products,crop picking and processing experience.High efficiency industry demonstration area is mainly used to plant local special crops to create economic value.Through the unified planning of the road,plant,building and service facilities in the site,a complete plan is formed,which will build the agricultural tourism park in zhengding county of hebei province into an ecological,modern,rural garden,field,science and tourism integration of unique characteristics.
