The Research Spatial Morphological Characteristics And Protection Of Wa Traditional Mountain Villages

Our country is a mountainous country,2/3 of which are mountain areas and traditional mountain villages are widely distributed.Because of its environmental factors,traditional mountain villages have the characteristics of unique form and fragile ecology.However,villages in mountainous areas are located in areas with complex environment,lack of resources,backward economy and underdeveloped information.This kind of traditional mountainous villages receive less attention and protection,especially in the southwest,which makes many mountainous settlements dying out.The research based on the traditional villages of the Cangyuan Va Autonomous County of Yunnan Province are selected as the objects.In order to adapt to the local environment,climate characteristics,cultural customs,building techniques,building materials and so on,the traditional mountain villages have formed different settlement patterns.The historical details,regional characteristics and overall morphological characteristics of traditional villages in the mountainous regions of Cangyuan Va Autonomous County are gradually eroded.Therefore,the study on the spatial morphological characteristics of traditional villages in the mountainous regions of Cangyuan Va Autonomous County is of great significance to their protection and development.The research content of this paper is divided into three parts: The first part is the basic research,which discusses the research background,current situation,methods,research objects and research contents and establishes the research framework of this paper;The second part firstly analyzes the influencing factors of mountain traditional villages,and summarizes their characteristics.Secondly,it selects six typical mountain traditional villages for on-the-spot investigation and visits,and analyzes them from the village general situation,the overall pattern of the village,the space form of streets and lanes,and the space form of buildings.The third part discusses the protection and renewal.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the protection of the spatial form of traditional mountain villages,it explores the protection strategies suitable for the spatial form characteristics of traditional mountain villages.The fourth part takes the traditional village of Gado Mountain as an example to protect the spatial form of Gado Village from four aspects: the overall layout of the village,the architectural spatial form,the spatial form of roads and streets,and the intangible cultural heritage.Through the research of this article,it is hoped that scholars will pay attention to the protection of the spatial form of traditional mountain villages and try to provide substantial reference and design ideas for the future protection of the spatial form of traditional mountain villages.
