According to the planning blueprint of China's medium and long term road network planning(2016-2030),this paper depicts the construction of domestic railway in the recent 2016-2025 years and its long term to 2030,and aims to form a 150,000 km railway line network and 30,000 km high-speed rail line in 2020.To increase the development of intercity railway,by 2030 to achieve connectivity between urban areas,prefecture-level cities can be quickly reached and accessible,which needs to improve the efficiency of intercity railway transport organization and study the operation mode of Intercity railway.Based on the investigation of the operation mode and operation status of Intercity railway at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the relationship between the operation mode of Intercity railway,the function orientation of line and the logarithm of train opening,and proves the rule.In the end,we gives some suggestions on the operation mode of Beijing-TangShan intercity railway.In summary,the work done in this article is as follows:By consulting relevant books and reading domestic and foreign literature,this study investigates the operation mode and operation status of major foreign countries,including the German ICE high speed railway,Japan Shinkansen high-speed railway,France TGV high-speed railway,and compares withthe domestic "Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei" area,"Yangtze River Delta" area and "Pearl River Delta".The operation mode and operation status of the main intercity railway lines in the region.It is concluded that the similarity of operation mode at home and abroad lies in the fact that it can be divided into independent operation and joint operation,which is different from the naming mode of Intercity Railway operation mode at home and abroad.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different operation modes of intercity railway in China,the factors related to operation mode are found from its difference,including the function orientation of the line,the types and logarithm of the train,and the division of the administrative dispatching area of the railway.In view of these factors,this paper investigates and analyzes 14 intercity railways,such as Beijing-Tianjin intercity and Shanghai Ningcheng,and finds out the law between the operation mode of Intercity railway and its line function positioning and the logarithm of the train.It is found that the regional intercity railway can consider using the independent operation mode to operate the line when it is open 50 pairs of trains on average daily.Then,using the average minimum interval method,the logarithmic situation of the train line is calculated,and the above law is proved by using the average interval time and the necessary cushioning time.By means of questionnaire survey,the passenger flow situation from Beijing to Tangshan was investigated,and the sharing rate of passenger flow in Beijing to Tangshan was given by using the generalized sharing rate method according to the statistical results of the questionnaire.Using the Python language to write the grey model,programmed to output the recent and long-term population forecast and GDP per capita in Beijing and Tangshan cities,the linear regression equation of population prediction is established by using gravity model.The parameters are calibrated by using Eviews10.0,and the prediction of high speed passenger flow between Beijing and Tangshan is given.Taking the Beijing-TangShan intercity railway into the Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei Road network,this paper investigates and analyzes the functional orientation of the Intercity railway line.This study combines with the prediction of passenger flow before,and gives the logarithmic situation of the Intercity train in Beijing and TangShan lines according to the reasonable train reservation mode,and then combined with the division of established Beijing Railway Administration Railway dispatching mode,Combining with the regular relationship between the operation mode and the train operation,this paper suggested that the line operation of the early Beijing-TangShan Intercity is jointly operated under the management of the Beijing railway bureau group co.LTD or other professional operating units with its division of work,and that 2025 years later and in the long term,other professional companies can be selected to operate independently in accordance with the development and construction of the Intercity railway.
