Energy shortage and air pollution have become two international difficulties.At present,coal-fired boilers are still used as heating equipment in most areas of China.The combustion of untreated scattered coal has had a serious impact on the ecological environment.Beijing has begun to implement regional heating projects and already used clean energy instead of the original coal heating.In response to the national environmental protection and power sector call,in the general direction of changing the traditional energy pattern dominated by coal to the diversified supply mode,thermal storage electric boiler based on the principle of “electricity for coal” and “shaving peaks and valleys” came into being.In this paper,a model of thermal storage electric boiler is established,and a DCS distributed control system based on wireless network of thermal storage boiler is designed.The thermal storage electric boiler adopts a low valley electric heating heat storage method,which the conventional heating equipment cannot compare with.First,the control system uses the Raspberry Pi as the on-site core controller,and the system comprises of the temperature acquisition module,the heat storage water supply module,the variable frequency fan module,the communication module and peripheral modules.Then,the expert fuzzy PID intelligence algorithm is added to the adjustment of the heating temperature to meet the needs of modern enterprises for the heating accuracy of thermal storage electric boilers.Thirdly,this paper uses the Python language to write the field controller program and uses the PyQt5 development library to design the server interface of the thermal storage electric boiler.The upper computer interface can control the heating pipes of electric boiler,fans,mode of the water pump and time-series control temperature.What's more,the upper computer interface also can realize warning recording and display real-time temperature and frequency curve.Finally,the host computer realizes the communication with the field controller through the wireless network,complete remote real-time monitoring and the management control to the automatic control system.The results show that the automatic control system of thermal storage electric boiler designed in this paper overcomes the shortcomings of traditional control system in measurement and control functions,human-computer interaction interface,data processing,network functions and intelligent algorithms,and achieves safety,stability and efficiency which would provide a reference for the actual development of the heating control system.
