In northern cities of China,central heating is mostly used in winter,and the heat source of heating system in China is mainly coal and gas,which will consume a lot of fuel,but some of them can be saved in various ways.It is the goal of this design to improve the quality of life of residents while saving resources and protecting the environment.In this design,the temperature control strategy and control scheme are designed around the district heat exchange station of urban central heating,mainly including three parts.The first is the temperature control system based on fuzzy PID intelligent control.In this design,the concept of fuzzy control is introduced based on the traditional PID control strategy,and the simulation results show that the control effect is better than the traditional PID.The temperature control algorithm adopts fuzzy PID,which greatly reduces the impact of outdoor temperature change on the heating temperature,and effectively saves resources.At the same time,it improves the user's heating experience when the primary pipe network water system is not working well.Secondly,the control system of thermal power station is designed.The heating system includes many systems,each control system will use the local area network and control equipment to establish a connection,so that the whole heating system becomes a large-scale subsystem,which provides the feasibility for regional integration and intelligence.Finally,the monitoring system is designed.The monitoring system uses the configuration screen of the upper computer to control the flow,pressure,temperature and other control points of the water supply and return pipeline,and presents the real-time operation status of the system.The design of this control system involves industrial control technology,sensor technology,computer technology,etc.It is a comprehensive study.The research content of control system includes hardware design,software design and upper computer monitoring software design.The system has the advantages of accurate temperature control,convenient regulation and management,energy saving and good practical value.Figure 44;Table 6;Reference 42...
