According to the national medium and long term railway network planning,China will also build tens of thousands of railways.The characteristics of China's railway construction are fast construction and tight construction period.At present,the track inspection trolley(track geometry state measuring instrument)is the main measuring tool in the track fine tuning construction.However,its working efficiency is only 1 km per trolley per day to complete data collection and analysis,which is very incompatible with the current situation of fast speed and tight construction period for a conspicuous contradiction.Inertial navigation and measurement technology has been widely used in developed countries,and has already been used in some domestic fields,such as aviation,missile and other advanced equipment.But because of the high precision requirement of sub-millimeter in high-speed railway detection,the inertial navigation equipment is only used in its ride comfort detection,and it has been difficult in fine tuning construction detection and has not been successfully used.To solve the technical difficulties in fine tuning construction inspection,this paper independently develops the integrated inertial navigation rail inspection system and its application key technologies to meet the high precision requirements of sub-millimeter,and has been applied in the second double track of Lanzhou-Xinhua Railway.After 103 km test of INS / GNSS integrated inertial navigation railway track inspection system,the results show that the system meets the construction requirements,greatly improves the construction efficiency and reduces the workload of the construction personnel.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of operation efficiency index,the efficiency of INS trolley is not less than 10 km/day,the precision adjustment of continuous operation daily average track can be maintained above 10 km,and one equipment can meet at least four working faces at the same time under the same surveyor condition,which solves the bottleneck of high-speed railway survey construction;in terms of work intensity,the dynamic continuous method is adopted.In the measurement mode,the base station can be reinstalled at 2 km without erecting the total station base station,which greatly reduces the work intensity and operation complexity.The high repeatability of INS/GNSS determines that the track smoothness of INS/GNSS integrated inertial navigation system is higher than that of conventional track inspection trolley.(2)Under the same conditions,the efficiency of INS/GNSS track inspection trolley is about 10 times that of conventional track inspection trolley.INS/GNSS integrated inertial navigation railway track inspection system greatly reduces the labor intensity of measurement technicians,and the track smoothness after adjustment meets the requirements.
