In the new era of power system reform and the accelerated transformation of the power industry,the pattern,structure and scale of the power grid continue to expand with the further development of China's economy and society,which poses higher requirements and challenges for the safe and stable operation of modern power grids.All kinds of power emergencies such as natural disasters,man-made damage or system stability and destruction will have an impact on the power grid,and even lead to large-scale blackouts,which will have a serious impact on people's lives,national economy and national security.Therefore,strengthening the research on grid emergency management system has important theoretical and practical significance.The author believes that in order to avoid the harm caused by unexpected events to the power grid,it is very important to study scientific emergency management methods.This paper starts from the existing background and summarizes the hazards of power emergencies.Take the typical power outage of large-scale power outages as an example.List the typical cases of large-scale blackouts in the world in recent years,analyze the causes,and summarize the four factors that cause power outages: human error,external influence factors,power grid defects,and imbalances between government and enterprises,trace the source and highlight the power grid.The importance of emergency management.Then explain the composition of the regional power grid emergency management system.Foshan Power Grid Emergency Management System is an integral part of China Southern Power Grid Emergency Management System.It is based on the principle of “one case,three systems” for the construction of national emergency system,localized revision and acceptance,and constitutes a characteristic grid emergency management system.The author summarizes the problems existing in the emergency management system of Foshan Power Grid,and verifies the strengths and weaknesses of the system through the case analysis of the typhoon“Mangknut”by Foshan Power Grid.Then it puts forward the rationalization suggestions for optimizing the design,operation level,support and resource guarantee capability and system performance evaluation mechanism of Foshan Power Grid Emergency Management System.
