Research On Emergency Management Of Electric Power Emergencies In Shenyang City Power Grid

Urban power grid system is the pillar and foundation of a country’s social development and national economy.It is of great significance to carry out the research on emergency management of electric power emergency public events,to deal with electric power emergency safety events efficiently and quickly,to effectively prevent or even avoid the power barriers caused by the instability of the power system to the residents and other power units,and then to maintain the stability of the society and the normal operation of the people’s life..On the basis of consulting the relevant literature on emergency management of electric power public events at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of emergency management of public emergencies in Shenyang power grid industry and the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Taking the emergency management of electric power emergency in Sujiatun district of Shenyang as a case,this paper analyzes the process and experience of large area power outage in Sujiatun district of Shenyang,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the emergency management of electric power emergency public event in Shenyang.It is found that the main problems of power emergency management in Shenyang are as follows: the emergency mechanism is not perfect and the emergency infrastructure is not perfect Insufficient,the emergency information platform is weak,the emergency plan preparation is not perfect,the government-enterprise linkage needs to be strengthened.Based on the problems existing in Shenyang electric power emergency management,the main reasons are as follows: insufficient capital investment in electric power emergency management infrastructure,insufficient capacity of emergency plan preparation,weak links in emergency management organization and working mechanism,the updating speed of emergency information platform is lagging behind,and the level of government enterprise linkage needs to be further improved.In view of the deficiency of power emergency management in Shenyang,this study focuses on strengthening the organization system and mechanism of power grid emergency management,clarifying the situation and task of power grid emergency management,and actively promoting the work of power grid emergency drills To do a good job of emergency support,strengthen the construction of emergency information platform.
