In recent years,with the advent of the industry 4.0 era and the development of the internet and information technology,the urgent need for effective supervision and accurate analysis of the producing process in workshop has emerged.The emergence of digital-twins technology provides new technical means for effective supervision and analysis of production workshops.In view of the fact that the definition standards of digital-twins for manufacturing processes in workshop are not uniform,the technical bottlenecks and the theoretical support are lacking,this paper analyzes and compares the existing models,and combines digital twinning technology to propose a Web-based digital twinning model,which is achieving the intelligent requirements of the pipe producing workshop.In addition,this paper also elaborates the differences and connections of each level of the model and the implementation of the model in the shop floor manufacturing process.According to the model,detailed modeling of the pipe processing workshop is built to realize remote online monitoring,analysis and management.For the key technical problems of online analysis,visualization and data management involved in the digital structure model of the workshop,in this context,the online analysis and calculation technology based on hybrid programming is discussed,the hybrid programming method of Java and Matlab is used to propose and implement signal processing and faults,and the remote analysis and calculation architecture of signal processing and fault diagnosis is proposed as well as realized;The different ways of hybrid programming based on Labview and Matlab for BP neural network are studied,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed respectively;What’s more,this paper discusses the method of realizing the visualization of the data and the virtual 3D model in web pages based on the virtual instrument,echarts and Three.js,and studies the processing methods for model and data in detail;At the same time,Combining with the needs of data management in pipe fittings workshop,the three-dimensional model of information isdiscussed,which provides mapping for database design.And the entity relationships of data are analyzed,the database tables were designed,and the measures for ensuring data security are investigated.Finally,the above research results were used to the development of a intelligent demonstration workshop system for pipe fittings.Through the actual test of the system,It is proved that the relevant methods studied in this paper is feasible for remote monitoring of the workshop manufacturing process.
