With the introduction of the concept of intelligent manufacturing,more and more manufacturing workshops are beginning to transform into intelligent direction.Digital workshops/smart factories are widely accepted.Visualization is an important research direction in the field of intelligent manufacturing.Through the combination of Internet of Things technology and virtual reality technology,in order to obtain the real-time operation status and equipment parameters of the manufacturing workshop,and to realize the visualization of workshop manufacturing process,the key technologies of real-time 3D visual monitoring of the digital workshop is studied in this paper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the requirements,design goals and performance requirements of real-time 3D visualization monitoring system in digital workshop is analyzed.The digital workshop real-time 3D visualization system framework is established,and the system operation mode,functional structure and network topology structure are designed.Secondly,in order to improve the real-time performance of visual monitoring,a workshop data processing method based on complex event processing is proposed.Subsequently,definitions of atomic events,simple events,and complex events are given.And the method of detecting complex events based on Non-deterministic finite automaton is introduced.In this paper,workshop information is classified into two categories according to subsequent visualization requirements,one is model-driven information and the other is status display information.And by using the expression of SASE language,the extraction process of the two kinds of information is expounded with the example of the friction conveyor line.Thirdly,the 3D real-time visualization technology of the workshop is studied,and hierarchical 3D model construction method is proposed.Based on virtual model and environment optimization,virtual action matching technology optimization and data transmission optimization under subscription mechanism,the three-dimensional real-time visualization can be realized,the system delay can be reduced,and the delay error can be achieved in seconds.Lastly,based on the laboratory car assembly conveyor line system,a set of digital workshop 3D real-time visual monitoring system is developed.The results show that the feasibility of the proposed technology is verified.
