Research On Real-time Data Acquisition And Management System For Digital Workshop

Traditional workshop to the Internet,intelligent,digital transformation has become the trend,intelligent manufacturing has become the new focus of today’s world,the current domestic traditional workshop is also in the important moment of digital transformation.Enterprises,this paper proposed the old workshop diesel engine digital needs further study of the field real-time data acquisition and management of the digital workshop system integration related technologies,puts forward a set of high visibility,high real-time performance and the demonstration data real-time acquisition and management solutions for digital workshop field real-time data acquisition and management system.In this paper,the functional requirements of the system,the overall architecture,sensor selection,operation mechanism,hardware design,software design and other aspects of the research.Main contents include:(1)This paper analyzes the status quo of relevant fields,the architecture and construction strategy of enterprise digital workshop,and combines the requirements proposed by the enterprise,so as to put forward the functional requirements and architecture of on-site real-time data acquisition and management system for digital workshop.(2)According to the system requirements and architecture analysis,the real-time data acquisition and management system is divided into two parts: hardware and software.The hardware function is to realize the system data collection,while the software function is to realize the system data management.(3)Further analysis of the functional requirements of the system and the hardware part of the system sensor selection.The hardware architecture and data acquisition scheme of the system are designed,and the hardware system is actually constructed,including teaching experiment platform,PLC control platform and network topology.Finally,the program of hardware system is programmed.(4)In view of the overall architecture design of the system in this paper,configuration software is used to collect and store the data in PLC register to My SQL database,and a complete database system and information analysis and intelligent management system are designed in the software part to store,display and manage the simulation production line data in real time.(5)The experiment is designed to verify the system and finally verify the real-time and rationality of the system.
