The traditional ship design check generally adopts the 2D model.This method takes a long time and has a high error rate,which greatly affects the speed and accuracy of the ship model check.If a 3D model is used,the 3D model has the advantage of a good degree of visualization compared to the 2D model,which can improve the accuracy.However,in the design process,the 3D model needs to maintain the assembly relationship between the models,and the amount of model data also increases.Manual processing of a large amount of model data will consume more time.Therefore,on this basis,it is necessary to add an automated method to reduce the ship design check time and improve efficiency.The thesis combined with the China Classification Society(CCS)Compass 3D project to develop a ship panel automation creation and idealization system on the NX platform.The system integrates functional modules such as grid boundary creation,grid automation creation and editing,and grid idealization,which realizes a complete set of grid rapid creation and efficient parameter calculation process,and uses unified model data for management and data sharing.Sexuality improves the efficiency of the auditors.Aiming at the problem that the traditional manual selection creates a long grid and low accuracy,a set of methods for automatically creating the grid is proposed,which reduces the time for creating the grid and improves the accuracy.This includes creating a panel boundary,a panel search and a panel classification.Aiming at the boundary type definition in the creation process of the panel boundary,a definition algorithm of the cutting seam attribute based on distance matching is proposed,which realizes the purpose of quickly matching the cutting seam with the cutting tool and defining the boundary type of the panel.In order to quickly find the same grid that belongs to a region,a board region search algorithm based on specific attribute edges is proposed,which can quickly subdivide the rack surface.In view of the problem of three types of panel types to be output,two ideas are proposed,and the algorithm is compared in terms of accuracy and stability.Finally,the reclassification based panel classification algorithm is selected,which is stable,accurate and expandable.Strong and other advantages.Aiming at the problem that the traditional manual design efficiency is low and the idealized results of different designers are inconsistent,the automatic idealization is proposed,and the corresponding algorithm is solved for the problem of difficult calculation of some parameters in the idealization process.Aiming at the problem of panel polygon recognition and board thickness type judgment in the process of plate idealization,a polygon recognition algorithm based on corner feature and a graph classification algorithm based on edge intersection relationship are proposed to automatically judge the type of grid pattern and reduce the design.The participation of personnel improves the efficiency of the check.At the end of the thesis,the system was used to automate the creation and idealized system modeling of the 180,000-ton bulk carrier.The feasibility of the system was verified,and the system operation convenience and efficiency were discussed then the value of the system is verified.
