The Research Of The Innovation Course And Method In Product Idealization Design Based On The TRIZ Theory

With the market competition being more and more fierce, civil industrial design has gradually gained the attention of industry area. With good industrial design, products can be much more competitive. Generally speaking, innovations in industrial design means a course of looking for problems, bringing out them, and finally solving them. The key to good designs is that they can resolve the conflicts in this course, thus getting a balance between good forms and reasonable functional structures. As to industrial designers, inspiring good ideas is an indispensible ability and feature, and the concept formation is a crucial phase in industrial design. Designers or students of design species, however, easily suffer a setback in this phase, letting the schedule being called off. Building up a systematical method of thinking and solving problems to save up the time wasted on regular trial and error, and to shorten design schedules, as is always the goal of designers. This thesis uses the TRIZ theory raised by the late SU inventor-and-engineer genrish Squlovich Altshuller, analyzing, comprehanding and discussing the design idealization, which is the core of this theory, then analyzes the relationship between design idealization theory and innovations in industrial design, finally builds up a method of industrial design innovation based on TRIZ idealization theory.This research mainly focuses on the resource using in industrial design innovations, the analysis and demonstration of scenario board in innovations, the trend of product evolution based on the TRIZ technology evolution theory, and the ways of heaving the extent of product idealization, eventually drawing these conclusions:Building up a resouce system for industrial design;Constructing the model of innovation scenario analyzing and demonstration based on the TRIZ theory;Getting a conclusion of 7 ways of heaving the extent of product idealization;Constructing the model of product idealization designing course based on the TRIZ theory.
