| With the rapid development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce commercial competition,China is in the period of economic and social transformation.Chinese enterprises are facing severe challenges both at home and abroad,and the pressure of employees’ work and life is becoming greater and greater.If these pressures cannot be released in a timely and effective manner,they will inevitably lead to low morale,low work efficiency,low loyalty and other problems,followed by low morale,low organizational performance and decreased corporate performance.And the enterprise must also bear the direct or indirect economic losses caused by this,to pay for the above a series of problems.The Employee Assistance Program originated from the United States.Since its development,its connotation and form have undergone great changes,from merely correcting alcoholic behavior to systematic help and management of employees’ personal problems.With the continuous development of EAP theory and practice,its purpose has gradually evolved from "improving enterprise efficiency" to "achieving a win-win situation for both employees and enterprises".This paper studies the application of EAP in the stress management of A company based on the stress management,EPA theory and human resource related management theory.First of all,through the questionnaire design,the current situation of employee stress survey.The necessity of EAP implementation is demonstrated from three perspectives: industry development environment,enterprise strategic demand.Combining with the actual situation of the company and the results of the questionnaire survey,it designs A company’s EAP scheme.Finally,A company EAP scheme implementation guarantee mechanism,including communication mechanism,incentive mechanism,confidentiality mechanism,etc.Combining with the actual situation of company A’s pressure management,this paper puts forward A targeted and operable EAP scheme,which provides A reliable basis for company A’s human resource management.At the same time,the introduction and implementation of EAP in western regions or other industries has reference significance. |
