Aiming at the problem of stress distribution and vibration caused by win g deformation on hydraulic pipeline of aircraft,this paper studies the stress distribution law of pipeline caused by wing deformation and the influence law of wing deformation on pipeline modal.The main research work and contents are as follows:(1)The mechanism of wing deformation has been extensively investigated.It is found that reducing flight drag by active wing deformation has become a major development trend,and the deformation of wing will have an important impact on the hydraulic pipeline of aircraft.Based on the investigation and summary of aircraft hydraulic pipeline dynamics,it is found that there are few studies on pipeline dynamics under prestressing caused by wing deformation.Therefore,this paper studies the stress distribution of pipeline caused by wing deformation and the influence of wing deformation on pipeline modal.(2)Based on the 14-equation mathematical model of fluid-solid coupling vibration of pipeline,the straight pipe and bend pipe models are established respectively,an d the modal analysis of pipeline is carried out by using MATLAB programming.Aiming at a complex space pipeline at the wing tip of ARJ21-700 aircraft,a dynamic model was established based on transfer matrix method.This provides a theoretical basis for th e subsequent analysis of pipeline dynamics.(3)For straight,curved and ARJ21-700 wing tip pipes,the stress distribution law of the pipes caused by wing deformation is analyzed.Based on the summary of the stress distribution law of straight and elbow pipes,the wing tip deformation along X direction and Z direction of ARJ21-700 are analyzed respectively,and the stress distribution law of the wing tip pipes of ARJ21-700 is explored.(4)For straight pipe,elbow pipe and ARJ21-700 wing tip pipeline,ABAQUS was used to analyze the restraint modes before deformation and under different bending deformations respectively,and the influence rules of wing deformation on the pipe modes were obtained.(5)Aiming at the wing tip pipeline of ARJ21-700 aircraft,a pipeline test bench was built to test the stress and modal test of the deformation of the experimental pipeline,providing experimental support for finite element analysis.
