Flapping-wing Mav is a new concept aircraft that mimics birds or insects that flutter in the nature.It is light,small,and small compared to fixed-wing or rotorcraft Features such as strong maneuverability,high flight efficiency,and strong anti-reconnaissance capabilities have broad development prospects in the military and civilian fields,and have therefore become new research hotspots.In the design of a miniature flapping wing aircraft,the flight mechanism that realizes complex motion modes has been the focus of research.This article focuses on the efficient mode and the mechanical structure that implements the motion mode.The main contents include:Taking birds and insects in nature as flapping wings as the research object,their flight modes,motion modes,flight mechanisms,and different flight modes were studied.From the perspective of bionics,they were miniature according to the principle of scale law.The determination of various parameters in the design of the flapping-wing aircraft provides a theoretical basis and a guiding scheme;Based on the analysis of the natural biological flight modes of birds and insects that flutter by flapping wings,a flutter mechanism model was established by using two crank and rocker mechanisms to achieve flutter and reverse intermittent motion with specific parameters,and avoid The impact load caused by the intermittent mechanism is established,and a mathematical model is established to verify that the mechanism can obtain the "8" shape wing tip motion trajectory.The fluid mechanics simulation of the drive mechanism was performed to verify the rationality of the flutter mechanism.Aiming at the designed flapping mechanism,the transmission mechanism,flapping wings and other parts were designed,and the design of the overall mechanism of the micro flapping aircraft was completed.Guided by the principles of scale law and aerodynamic calculations,the selection of the drive mechanism was completed.The strength and quality of the mechanism were analyzed using 3D modeling software and finite element analysis software.The computational fluid dynamics simulation software was used to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of composite flutter under different parameters.In order to improve the load capacity of the mini fluttering wing aircraft,a plurality of winged wing aircraft was designed following the group migration pattern of the geese.From the perspective of bionics,the position and motion parameters of the wing wing layout were designed according to the principle of scale law.Optimized design parameters.During the design of the multiple wing,the emulation and optimization of the relative position of each flapping wing was emphasized.By comparing the single-wing flapping mechanism,the improvement of the load capacity of the multiple winged wings was verified,which provided a boost for the loading capacity of the miniature flapping wing aircraft.New ideas.
