Due to the fast grow of economy of China and the swift growth of population urbanization,the pressure of urban traffic is increasing.Urban rail transit is one of the important modes of transportation in China's transportation system,especially for the first-tier cities with large population.Light rail vehicles are mainly composed of vehicle body,bogie,braking device,vehicle connecting device,electrical system,current receiving deviceand vehicle auxiliary system.The unreasonable use of the connecting device will lead to the reduction of the running quality of the vehicle and even more security issues.The research and analysis on the matching property of articulated connectors have certain theoretical significance and practical application value.In this paper,a 100% low floor light rail vehicle model with six axles and five bodies is built.Firstly,the three-dimensional models of four kinds of articulated connectors are established,and their functions are analyzed.Secondly,according to the structure type and articulation characteristics of the vehicle,the static equilibrium equations of five bodies are established to obtain the dead load of the stress connectors.The dead load simulation value of the stress connectors obtained by the pre-balance calculation with Simpack software is compared with the theoretical calculation value,and the error between the simulation value and the theoretical value is within the allowable range,thus verifying the reliability of the model.On this basis,the influence of the position of articulated connectors on the running safety,stability and curve negotiation of vehicle is further analyzed,and the position of articulated connectors is optimized according to the results of the influence.According to the influence of different installation positions of the connecting device on the running quality of the vehicle,this paper analyzes and obtains the best installation position of the connecting device of the vehicle.The dynamic performance of the vehicle is checked under empty and fixed conditions.The results show that all the dynamic performance indexes of the vehicle conform to the relevant provisions of GB5599-1985.Finally,the strength of articulated connectors isanalyzed by finite element method,which verifies the rationality and reliability of the scheme.
