| The straddle-type monorail transportation system not only has many advantages compared with traditional rail transportation systems,but also has good applicability to mountain transportation conditions.It can alleviate traffic congestion in the city,accelerate the process of urban development and become a special city.However,the construction cost of traditional medium and large straddle-type transportation monorail systems is relatively high,and there are also many problems during operation and maintenance.For the supplementary lines of large cities or the main routes of small and medium-sized cities and tourist scenic cities,due to limited investment and construction funds,the traditional medium and large straddle-type transportation monorail systems application and promotion are restricted.In view of this,this paper takes a newly proposed that a new lightweight straddle-type monorail transportation system-light articulated straddle-type monorail vehicle system as the research object.Research on shock absorber parameters,dynamic performance,vehicle failure dynamics,etc.This paper first describes the structural characteristics and technical solutions of light articulated straddle-type monorail vehicles.Based on the vehicle dynamics analysis theory,the stress of the vehicle system is analyzed,and the vehicle dynamics differential equation is derived.Secondly,the multi-body dynamics software UM is used to establish the dynamic simulation model of the light articulated straddle-type monorail vehicle system,and the minor factors that have little influence on the dynamic calculation are simplified.in the modeling process.At the same time,combined with GB5599-1985 and UIC518,the vehicle dynamics evaluation standard was established to evaluate the dynamic performance of the light articulated straddle-type monorail vehicles.According to the established vehicle dynamics standards,the vehicle dynamics parameters such as the pre-pressure of the steering wheel and the stabilizing wheel,the vertical stiffness of the running wheel,the hourglass spring parameters and the damper damping parameters are reasonably optimized.And the dynamic simulation analysis of the vehicle system with the optimized parameters under the normal conditions of AW0 and AW3 vehicles and the special fault conditions is carried out.The results show that the light hinged straddle monorail vehicle has good running stability and curve passing performance under normal working conditions,whether it is AW0 or AW3.Under the blow-out condition,the riding comfort performance,safety and stability of the vehicle is excellent at a speed of less than 40km/h. |
