Ropeway,also known as aerial tram,is a vehicle mounted on the mountain slope.Among them,passenger ropeway is often used to transport tourists in scenic spots to visit and mountaineer,transport workers in mining enterprises,etc.Passenger ropeway industry started late in our country.In recent years,ropeway accidents have occurred frequently throughout the country,which causes a large number of casualties every year.The safety question of ropeway has attracted great attention.At present,the safety monitoring of the ropeway system mainly lies in the fault monitoring of mechanical and electrical equipment,lacking of the monitoring of the overall operating status of ropeway cars.The alarm can only be issued after the accident,but cannot prevent accident from happening.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a new type of ropeway safety monitoring method.Firstly,this paper designs a ropeway monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion technology and wireless transmission and introduces the implementation method of the system.The system collects the operating parameters of the ropeway car in real time through the information collecting device installed in the ropeway car and transfers the data to the management server over a wireless network.Management server comprehensively analyses multi-sensor data,displays the operating status of the ropeway car and issues an alarm before the ropeway system is in danger.Secondly,this paper designs the collection and transmission scheme of ropeway cars' operation parameters,designs the information collection module based on the specific demand of car parameters collection and the principle of cooperative work between sensors,and proposes a cross-platform parallel data transmission scheme.Next,design and implement the main functions of the server,and especially propose spacing monitoring algorithm and crash alarm algorithm aiming at car collision and car crash accident,which can give an alarm before the ropeway system is in danger.The algorithm filters the noise of single sensor through multi-sensor information fusion calculation and reduces false-alarm-rate.Finally,perform testing of system functions and the reliability of algorithm in actual engineering route.The experimental results shows that the system can accurately judge the operating status of the ropeway car and give a pre-alarm before the accident,meeting engineering application standards.
