Research On Performance Evaluation Of Sustainable Supply Chain In Home Appliance Manufacturing Industry

In recent years,with the development of economy,the problems of resource shortage,environmental pollution,labor safety and labor rights have become increasingly prominent,and the concept of sustainable development has attracted more and more attention.Home appliance industry is the pillar industry of China's economy and the safety of home appliance is closely related to consumers.It can be said that home appliance enterprise shoulder the social responsibilities of ensuring the safety of home appliances,saving resource and protecting the environment.Thus,In order to keep up with the development of society,the home appliance industry should pay close attention to the impact of the operational activities to environment and society.Therefore,this paper evaluates the operation effect of the sustainable supply chain of home appliance manufacturing enterprise by establishing the performance evaluation system of the sustainable supply chain of home appliance manufacturing.and helps enterprise understands the performance level of sustainable supply chain,as well as provides support for improving measures.First,this paper introduces the theory of sustainable supply chain and its performance evaluation.At the same time,it analyses the characteristics of home appliance industry and its supply chain characteristics,and summarizes the meaning of sustainable supply chain in home appliance manufacturing industry,and compares three kinds of supply chain in home appliance manufacturing industry,which lays a foundation for performance identification of sustainable supply chain.Then,we analyze the internal and external factors affecting the performance of sustainable supply chain of home appliance manufacturing industry,and establish an evaluation index system based on the framework of SBSC,and using DEMATEL method to analyze the interrelation between the indicators.According to the importance of the index,the key factors affecting the performance of sustainable supply chain for home appliance manufacturing industry are screened out.Again,a performance evaluation model for sustainable supply chain of home appliance manufacturing industry based on subjective and objective weighting and grey clustering is proposed.Among them,subjective empowerment selects hierarchical G₁method and objective empowerment adopts Entropy weight method,and then the sustainable supply chain performance is quantitatively evaluated by grey clustering method.Finally,Taking the supply chain of S company as a case to verify the evaluation model,the performance level of S company's sustainable supply chain is obtained.In addition,for the deficiencies of S company's sustainable supply chain operational status.this paper puts forward the improvement plan to improve the performance of sustainable supply chain.
