Research On Performance Evaluation For Leveraged Suppliers Of Household Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years,with the advent of the digital economy era and the increasing uncertainty and complexity of the market competition environment,Chinese home appliance manufacturing enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and severe tests.This requires them to pursue more refined and systematic business management.Scientific management of suppliers is an important means to achieve lean material procurement in home appliance manufacturing enterprises.Due to the large procurement amount and low risk of leveraged materials,leveraged material suppliers have greater management value and optimization space.Therefore,scientific evaluation and management of leveraged supplier performance in home appliance manufacturing enterprises is of great significance for reducing procurement costs and promoting high-quality development of home appliance manufacturing enterprises.This article reviews relevant literature on supplier performance evaluation both domestically and internationally,and uses literature mining method to select an initial evaluation index set suitable for leveraged suppliers in home appliance manufacturing enterprises.Then,the survey questionnaire method and factor analysis method are used to analyze and screen the initial evaluation index set,ultimately establishing an evaluation index system of 8 Level 1 indicators including quality level,delivery ability,cost level,service ability,production technology ability,information exchange level,financial situation,sustainability level and 27 secondary indicators.By using Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to combine and assign weights to the final evaluation index,a grey clustering model based on the center point mixed possibility function is combined with the "maximum criterion" decision-making paradox solving model to construct a grey two-stage comprehensive evaluation model;Furthermore,empirical analysis was conducted on W Company to verify the feasibility and practicality of the performance evaluation index system and model for leveraged suppliers in home appliance manufacturing enterprises constructed in this article,which can provide practical guidance for the performance evaluation and management of leveraged suppliers in home appliance manufacturing enterprises.
