Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the new era economy,China Railway has entered a stage of leap-breaking breakthroughs,and its operating speed has been doubled in the last decade.The continuous development of high-speed railways has further demand for its supporting equipment for inspection,overhaul and maintenance.The moving wheel pair and the gear box running test bench are one of them.Carrying out the running test after the maintenance and reassembly of the gear box is the most direct and effective means of detecting the assembly quality and operating state.By such an opportunity.According to the technical requirements of the running test bench(QCZ2017-10***741),a set of running test benches for actual testing of moving wheel pairs and gearboxes has a fact need.This paper first introduces and analyzes the current situation at home and abroad and the development trend of such test beds.On this basis,several basic indicators proposed in the technical requirements are described.Then,according to the moving wheel pair and the gear box running test bench prototype after the test run has been carried out.The hardware platform is built in combination with the actual situation,and the function of each module is implemented to drive the software to the hardware platform.The request was completed on time and on time according to the required progress.Mainly completed the specific content of several of the following areas:(1)Build a physical platform for the running test.The power unit is required to be placed on a pedestal that can be freely adjusted in three dimensions and rigidly fixed at any time.At the same time,the power output shaft is compatible with different types of gearboxes for gearbox cleaning test,gearbox low-speed running-in test,gearbox running-in test,etc.by replacing different process couplings.(2)For the debugging of the built test platform,use STEP 7 MicroWIN to combine the mature source code of the past project and a large number of experiments in this target system to write and debug the software of the controller S7-200 selected in the test platform.Among them,the drive inverter MM440 accurately controls the speed output of the power system,and the gear box cleaning system controls the liquid level and flow rate according to the needs,and the accurate driving of other auxiliary systems.(3)According to the technical requirements of the test bench,an acquisition system for temperature,vibration and other signals is established.Provide a numerical reference for the run-in test as a reference in the safety of the threshold guarantee test and a reference for the tester’s evaluation test.In addition,in this running test,the running state is collected in real time and the signal is regularly dumped.Increasing the collection and storage capacity of the signal provides a large amount of experimental data for in-depth study of the internal state of the gearbox during motion.(4)Based on the existing function source code,the toolkit provided by DAQmx and the toolkit for serial communication with S7-200,the upper computer control system is built in software.Centralize the control of several subsystems to establish a human-machine interface.The subsystem entities are abstracted so that the experimental operations form a step-by-step process.At the same time,the real-time display of the data in the test and the results after the test are summarized and the report output is formed.
